Project: Paving Replacement and Rainwater Drainage System Installation

In this project, we carried out comprehensive site improvement work, including paving replacement, rainwater drainage system construction, sand surface replacement, drainage installation, and landscaping. The goal was to create a sustainable, secure, and visually appealing environment, ensuring efficient water management and a well-structured landscape.

Completed Work:

1. Paving Removal

• Removed 130 m² of existing paving, preparing the area for further landscaping work and ensuring a stable foundation for the new surface.

2. Rainwater Drainage System Installation

• Installed a rainwater drainage system, improving water flow management and prolonging the lifespan of the paved surface.

3. Sand Surface Replacement

• Replaced the existing sand layer with a crushed stone base, enhancing drainage capacity and long-term surface stability.

4. Paving Reinstallation and Completion

• Reinstalled and leveled the paving, filling in missing areas to improve surface uniformity and visual appeal.

5. ACO Drain Installation

• Installed an ACO drainage channel between gate pillars, efficiently diverting rainwater and preventing water accumulation near driveways and paved surfaces.

6. Rainwater Management and Drainage System

• Constructed rainwater collection wells and a drainage system, regulating water flow and reducing excess moisture in the area.

7. Landscaping and Greenery Development

• Carried out landscaping work on 500 m², enhancing the overall aesthetics and creating a well-organized green space.
